yes, our mailserver includes a spam prevention function to help filter spam emails for the convenience of our customers.
By default POP3 and IMAP are activated. Don’t hesitate to choose whether you need to use POP3 or IMAP to receive your valuable emails
Yes, by default we come with 2 option horde and roundcube webmail.

Yes, you need to change your MX dns record in your dns management to pointing to our mail server IP Address and you are good to go.
Yes you will get email with your login credential for email management interface for create a new email, setting up forwarding , etc after the server setting up all your hosting packages.
By Default we already using a shared IP address for the mailing process.
If user want to purchase a dedicated IP Address for an Email Hosting it would be good.
We highly suggest our customer to have a Dedicated IP Address for mailing purpose to prevent any SPAM issue and non Delivery email .
