Did you try echoing the $_SESSION array in the receiver script to see if the data was as expected? Also try turning on error reporting to see if there is anything else going on behind the scenes? :-

I have not looked at that code for awhile. I think it will write bytes to a file without needing to load the file. But it uses basic VB methods like Seek, Put, etc
